What we do

Grooming, fitted to your dog

Every appointment has time set aside for your dog. Not sure what they need? Text us a little about them and we'll help you choose.

  1. Full groom & haircut

Bath, dry, brush-out and a haircut shaped to your dog's coat, finished with a nail trim and a tidy around the eyes and paws.

  2. Bath & dry

A good wash, a gentle dry and a brush-out for the dog who's between full grooms.

  3. De-shed

For heavy shedders and thick coats, so less of your dog ends up on the couch.

  4. Nail trims

Quick, careful trims, with or without a groom. Ask us for tips on small trims at home.

  5. First grooms

Puppies and grown dogs who are new to grooming start slow, with short steps and plenty of breaks.

  6. Big dogs, big coats

Large breeds and heavy double coats get a longer appointment and a full blow-out.

  7. Finishing touches

A bandana or a bow, a tidy around the paws and a fresh spritz, so your dog goes home looking and smelling their best.

Grooming is by appointment. A quick text is the easiest way to book.

Short breaks and a soft voice go a long way with a nervous dog.

Nervous, senior or sensitive

Extra patience for the dogs who need it

Older dogs who tire on their feet. Pups who startle at the sound of the dryer. Rescues still learning to trust new hands. Each one gets a calm groom, planned around them.

  • Support slings for older dogs who need help standing
  • Breaks whenever a dog needs a minute
  • A soft hood to muffle the sound of the dryer
  • Quiet hours early in the day, when the studio is calm

Tell us what your dog finds hard, and we'll plan for it.

Between visits

Brush a little, often

A few minutes with a brush a couple of times a week keeps tangles small and makes the next groom easier on your dog. Ask us which brush suits the coat.

Questions we hear a lot

Something else on your mind? Text (555) 555-0100.

Do you take walk-ins?

Grooming is by appointment, so every dog gets time set aside just for them. Send a text and we'll find a time that works.

What's the fastest way to reach you?

A text to (555) 555-0100 is quickest. You can also call, or email .

What do I need for a first visit?

Proof of a current rabies vaccination. It also helps to tell us anything we should know about your dog, like fears, sore joints or a hard time at a past groom.

My dog is nervous or older. Can you help?

Yes. We slow down, take breaks, and use a sling for tired legs and a soft hood for the dryer. Let us know what worries your dog when you book.

How often should my dog be groomed?

It depends on the coat and how fast it grows. After the first visit, we'll suggest a schedule that keeps small tangles from turning into mats.

What if I need to cancel?

Let us know as early as you can, by text or a call, so another dog can have the time.

Do you groom big dogs?

Yes. Large breeds and heavy coats get a longer appointment, so there's time to do the whole coat well.

Can I trim my dog's nails at home?

You can. Take a little at a time, keep it short and stop if your dog gets upset. Or bring them in for a quick trim between grooms.
