Tell us what it's doing.

These are problems we diagnose and fix. Pick your equipment. If it sounds familiar, call or text and tell us what you're seeing.

  • No heat
  • Short cycling: it turns on and off too often
  • Ignition failures
  • Blower problems
  • Gas safety shutdowns

What we'd do

Furnace repair, including no-heat calls. A new furnace when a repair no longer makes sense. Tune-ups before the cold sets in.

Where we're often the right call

  1. Mini-splits for the hard rooms

Garages, additions, bonus rooms and any room the main system never quite reaches. A ductless unit heats and cools that one space on its own.

  2. Garage heaters for detached garages and shops

A detached garage or workshop needs a different setup than a house. We help you pick the right heater, then install it and keep it running.

  3. Gas fireplaces that won't light

Pilots that won't stay lit, units that shut themselves off, weak flames. We check the pilot, the ignition and the safety controls.

  4. Find the cause before the fix

When you'd like to know what actually failed before anyone talks about new equipment.

03 · How we work

Fix what's broken. Replace only what has to go.

A lot of problems come down to one worn part, not a whole new system. We show you what we found, what it takes to fix, and when a replacement really does make more sense.

  • Find the cause first. We track down what actually failed, then explain it in plain words.
  • Repair, replace or upgrade? We'll tell you which one makes sense, and why.
  • Tidy installs. Work done to code, and cleaned up before we leave.
  • No pressure. You get the fix you need, and nothing you didn't ask for.

We'd rather fix it right once than come back twice.

  • Your County
  • Neighboring counties

Your Town, and every town within an easy drive of it.

How far do you travel?

Most calls are a short drive from Your Town. Farther out, ask anyway: for a new system or a bigger job, the trip is often worth it.

Not sure if you're in range? Call or text and ask.

Our aim is simple: show up when we say, find the real problem, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.

08 · FAQ

Good questions.

Still wondering about something? Call or text (555) 555-0100.

Can I text you instead of calling?

Yes. Call or text (555) 555-0100. You can also send a request with the form below.

What if something breaks after hours?

Send a request or a text with what it's doing. We'll call you back first thing on the next business day.

Should I repair my system or replace it?

It depends on the system, and we'll tell you straight. Not every problem needs a replacement. We'll help you decide whether a repair, a replacement or an upgrade makes the most sense.

What areas do you serve?

Your Town and the towns around it. Not sure if you're in range? Call or text and ask.

My system isn't on your list. Can you still help?

In many cases, yes. Most problems come down to power, airflow, ignition, refrigerant, venting and controls, and every system has those. Call and tell us what you have.

What should I check before I call?

Make sure the thermostat is set right and has power, the breaker hasn't tripped, and the filter isn't clogged. If all three look fine, call us.
