Who I help
You don't need to have it figured out before you reach out.
People usually call when something has been heavy for a while. Here's what often brings them in.
Anxiety and overthinking
When your mind keeps running the what-ifs, even at night.
Burnout
From work, caregiving, or holding everything together for too long.
Life changes
A move, a breakup, a new job, a new baby, an empty house.
Grief and loss
Room for the loss itself and for everything it changed.
Relationships
Patterns with partners, family or friends that keep repeating.
Feeling stuck or low
When life looks fine on paper and still doesn't feel okay.
For you Swap in your own specialties. Each one can grow into its own page later, which helps people find you in search.

Questions
Things people ask before the first call.
What happens on the free consult call?
It's 15 minutes by phone or video. You tell me a little about what's going on, I tell you how I work, and you can ask anything. There's no pressure to book.
Do you take insurance?
Your answer. If I'm out of network for your plan, I can give you a superbill each month to send in for possible reimbursement. It's worth calling your plan to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Video sessions are open to anyone located in Your State at the time of the session, on a secure platform. You get a private link before each one.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes, with a few exceptions the law requires, like when someone's safety is at serious risk. I go over these with you at the start, in plain language.
How often will we meet?
Most people start weekly. As things get better we can space sessions out. We decide that together.
What if I need help right now?
I can't respond to emergencies. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
